Good day, to start off I still represent Secluded Land Company and offer their premier properties for you to purchase. With recently becoming a Broker and working side by side with one of my closest friends Rick Paulette who is the broker for our sister company 1000 Lakes Realty, I have decided to switch offices and join forces with Rick.

 Most of you know that other than my time spent in the Marines, I've lived in Wisconsin for basically my entire life and for the majority of that time here in the heart of the driftless area. I can honestly tell you that very few days go by that I don't take a moment or two to look around me and appreciate the natural beauty of this wonderful state.

 Walk some land with me. You'll notice me filling my lungs with the fresh air and pausing often to really take it all in! I'm proud to call Wisconsin my home.

 The land business has been extremely busy! Never has there been a time where demand has been so high and supply so low! It may seem a strange notion to you that the supply of land can be "low", but that's the way it is! All across Wisconsin counties are adopting zoning that restricts rural home sites to 35 acres or more. If you don't make your purchase soon you may miss your opportunity altogether! What's more, the price of land is skyrocketing too. Since 1999 the price of an acre of Wisconsin land has gone up an average of 42%. What will it be in two or three years?

Currently we have a diverse inventory of vacant land in the state at my disposal.  Most everything is guaranteed build able, surveyed with access, electric and telephone all worked out. It is ready to go. I won't pretend that I have the cheapest property on the market. In fact, it's not. But you get what you pay for. I know of far too many horror stories told by people who thought they were getting a bargain. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is! I made a decision a long time ago that I would rather explain the price once than apologize for poor quality over and over!
